On days when the count is going to be high, keep your windows closed and limit your time outdoors.
Shower before bed, taking special care to wash your hair thoroughly. Pollen, dust, and other allergens can get trapped on your skin and in your hair as you go through your day. If you normally shower in the morning, consider switching to an evening schedule. This will give you the chance to remove these irritants before bed, allowing you to have a restful night’s sleep.
If you suffer from allergies, it is best that you do not have carpets in your home. And if you do insist on having carpets, get allergy care ones. Carpets hold dusts and other particles that will send your allergies out of control, even if you do clean them often.
Before cementing your plans to spend time in the great outdoors, check the forecast for your location. If the forecast includes high winds, it may be best to reschedule. Windy weather is notorious for stirring up spores and pollen, which could make it difficult to breathe easily while camping, hiking or getting back to nature.
For animal lovers out there who also suffer from allergies, it’s best if you select some type of pet with shorter hair. While practically any animal can cause an allergic reaction, animals that shed long hair are more likely to do so. Also, to lessen the amount of pet allergies, never let them cuddle up in your bed.
If you are exercising outside during allergy season, and you are having trouble breathing, you should consider lightening your outdoor workout. Try running less, or not as hard so it is easier for you to breathe. Exercise is very important so keep it up!
Unless your asthma and allergies are severe, you might feel that there is no reason to visit a specialist for treatment. Don’t sell yourself short, chronic wheezing and slight shortness of breath can adversely affect your quality of life. Each time you experience even mild trouble breathing; your lungs and muscles work harder and quickly lead to fatigue.

Unlike cotton cloths, microfiber cleaning cloths have a slight electrostatic charge, that enables them to grab onto dust particles. Rather than being spread around the room, dust particles stick tight, maximizing your cleaning power.
